Volunteers

Don’t have a dog, but want to join the fun anyway? We hope you consider volunteering. With so many excited pets and pet owners running around, we need your help. To learn more contact our volunteer coordinator Kathy McGee at kmcgee43 (@) me.com or 608-698-6982.

Dogs on the Square  Volunteers will work one of two shifts. 

10:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
12:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Volunteer opportunities include:

Registration Table (6 people per shift)  – Checking off people who have pre-registered, taking money, etc.
Crowd Ambassador (10 people per shift) – Directing people to registration, piddle stops, etc.
Barricade Setup and Take Down
General Setup and Take Down

You’ll get a cool new shirt to wear.  Plus, as a thank you, you can bring your dog to the shift you’re not working.  For those of you who are dog lovers, but not dog owners, being a volunteer is a great opportunity to be involved in this event!
